That is correct... it is a PEQ-15 visible/IR pointer and illuminator.  They are for LEO/.MIL only and are heavily regulated by ITAR... besided, they are VERY expensive.



I didn't hit the link above, but TNVC has just recently released a commercial version which basically has downgraded lasers and IR's in them... you know, so that you don't put your eye out!

I have one called an OTAL...  



Depending on what model you get, they can get a bit spendy too...
