After designating myself air marshall on that passengerless flight ... I made the command decision that I could handle the pilot (if he became an unruly scudrunner) with a single mag.

That's a good looking plane but it needs a paint job.  Matte OD Green with the Dill0/Texas Flag on the tail.  If it were me it would be multicam..

It's all fun and games until you run into a little clear air turbulence.  You'll be covered in coffee and your A&P will be picking up pecans for the next 4 annuals.

I only wear my "OBR Owner" hat to the most formal of occasions and so far have avoided any sweat stains.

So, to rectify that and have a hat for all occasions, I ordered a regular ole Larue hat with my purchase of Troy sights and Ergo grip last week.

I crossed Eastland early this morning ... there was a convention of hanger flyin' coffee drinkers outside when I made my low approach.

They said hey and have a nice day ... and I acknowledged and continued on my way ... up Canadian, Texas way ... then over to Oklahoma ... then back to Leander.   Long day using them Wright boys' newfangled device.
