Nope. No love for us Win 70 boys. The Remmy is all they have. I've asked about this right after the 113 came out, and once a few months back. I'm needing a long action though for a 7mm RM. The problem with offering it for anything more than the Rem 700, they would be swamped with request to do them for every gun action on the planet.
With the quality of Larue, and the nice price point Mark (and crew) put the LT-113 at, I'd for sure get one for my 70 if it was offered.
