Please forgive the newb question, we all have to start somewhere.

I just purchased a Cantilevered M2 mount (LT 129) and can't wait to get it mounted on my rifle (I have been using BUIS for about 2 years now).  Is there a specific torque value that the screws on the ring should be tightened to, or is it a "adjust to feel" type of thing?

Thanks for the help.
(thanks too for the stickers, dillo, and pocket US Constitution the extras are always appreciated!!!)

I don't know if there's anything in writing...I just tighten 'til it's tight.

30 inch pounds....tighten the bottom ring screws first.

I've always done hand tight, bottom screws first, use the Loctite.

Mark posted the specific torque settings, which is good info for those of you with torque wrenches that measure inch pounds.

However, one of the great things about LaRue mounts is that even if you fuck up, you won't damage your optic.  The first LT-104 I ever had, I cranked the living shit out of the screws.  Did no damage to the scope and everything worked perfectly.
