is there a mount made for a flat top upper that utilizes a FSB rather than a flip up front sight. Looking at an inch tube

You can use a scope with a FSB so long as the ring height is 1.4"

The LaRue LT-104, LT-139 fit the bill. The FSB will still be visible at low power but will be little more than a blur at higher power.
