LaRue was nice enough to throw in an OD hat with my stealth order. Problem is, it won't fit my 7-3/4 melon. I want to ship it to a buddy in CA, will it fit him ? He is a 7-1/8. I want true answers, not "no it won't fit him, send it to me".

It really doesn't fit a 8-1/4 either.
It should fit a 7-1/4 though with no problem

7 1/8 is no problem... in fact its about perfect with no adjustments out of the little brown box... tell your friend congrats
id say send it to me but i have 5 OD hats now

I wish they were bigger too. Mine only fits when my hair is cut really short.
