| Does anyone know if there is a Larue mount that works with the Trijicon RX30? I thought I read something a while ago that one of the mounts was compatible with it, but then again I might just be making that up for the sake of having more Larue gear on my rifle. |

Quoted:
the RX30 is a reflex sight...not like the ACOG's. The mounting is different I believe...I have an ACOG but don't know that much about the RX30 except that is a completely different animal. RX30's aren't like acogs that is true, but the mounting is exactly the same. A TA51 is the equivalent of an LT-100 and can be used on an RX30. So you're right but also very wrong. Interesting. Glad to know I wasn't making it up. It looks to me, however, that if I were to use the LT100 over the available ARMS mount that the sight would be a bit higher. If so, I might lose the lower 1/3 co-witness. Believe me, I'd much rather use the Larue mount. Any thoughts? |
