Any pics out there of a Larue 10 or 11 rail on a 14.5 afghan barrel w/smith vortex? Trying to make up my mind on which rail.

There's a really cool tool that will let you configure builds for days, it's called the LaRue Tactical Weapon Profiler

This is an example of your rail requests with a 16" barrel, best I could do.

That does help, I just wanted to see if the 11" looked too long for the barrel.
