When you place your first order, or at least this was how it worked in my situation, they ask if you are millitary or LE. I said yes, and they said, ok, great thanks for the order. When the invoice showed up, there was 10% taken off the eligible products.

No ID's needed, and FF and Medics count as far as Im concerned

What if the order is placed on line when they are closed

If its placed on-line you have to hold your badge up to the screen while the lights on your patrol car are flashing in the background and press "check-out" all at the same time. If your timing is off your invoice wont show the 10% discount.

Crap, don't have a badge & don't want one, but I do have an ambulance
