I know I'm a moron, a really stupid moron, but is there any way I can swap my 14.5" with M4 Feedramps Stealth barrel for an 18" one? I'd even take a 16" if that makes it easier. I was supposed to trade my 14.5" with another member's 18" on these forums, but he just backed out on me and sold his instead.
My barrel is still listed as "barrels" in the status, so I'm hoping it's not too late. The order is 271881 if that helps. (Fingers crossed) |

Had a talk with Dan today for a couple of items. Got me squared away in no time! Great service as always!

First off, I think you make great products and encourage you to keep up the good work. One thing I have noticed with my multiple shipments from LaRue is that the packaging is a little bit over the top. Dont get me wrong I love the swag, keep the bumper stickers, dust and dillows coming. However the multiple copies of mylar sealed catalogs, multitudes of business cards, and other various things covered with plastic wrapping, all of which ultimately ends up in the trash could be scaled back a little without any loss of quality presentation. I would rather see basic or cheap packaging, made out of something recycled or at least biodegradable be used. I am sure this would save the company some money as well. Funds that could be put towards R & D, your bottom line, or dare I say... lower prices. I am sure many others would agree with me that your products speak for themselves and few would miss the plastic wrapped marketing material.
I know that online everyone's a critic. And I say once again, your products are great and I encourage you to keep up the good work. This is just a bit of constructive criticism, and my two cents. Take it as you will. Just don't spend it on plastic wrapped catalogs. Thanks, Dave |

I just installed Powder River Precision drop in trigger kits in 3 of my XD's, a 9MM and .40 service models and a .40 sub compact. First LaRue purchase (18" Stealth with M4 ramps). Even though I have not shot it yet, impressed with packaging, swag, etc.
I can maybe welcome myself to the "club" but not sure if just a barrel counts. Thanks! |

Does anyone from Larue even monitor these? I've just been trying to do some homework on larue's rifles in order to make an informed decision yet the horrendous people I've communicated with in emails and on the phone screams for me to run in any other direction. The only person even worth speaking with is the receptionist. I've spoken with tech support as well as sales and none of them seem to care if a purchase is made. WTH?

Is LaRue switching to American Apparel for all their tees? Or have they already? I ask because I noticed they have their "especially the snipers" tee printed on AA. Couple years ago I bought the dillo grenade tee and it hasnt held up like other AA tees. Its not even the charcoal color anymore

All I can say is wow!!! I ordered a mount from LaRue Wednesday at 12:45 pm and UPS was knocking on my door at 9:50am the next day with my mount. Yes, I live in TX, but far enough away that some north east states would fit between us. Great job to LaRue! Now, if my scope could have gotten here half as fast. Glad y'all don't deliver groceries, I would neve leave the house :-)

I am really liking the addition of the targets in the package now. The first set was regular paper I think but this last set is printed on sturdy paper. Once my PredatOBR comes in I will definitely have a range day with those targets. Aim small, miss small. Thanks LT.

Just got my Aimpoint PRO I ordered from Larue with the LT150 mount. Absolutely wish I would have bought from Larue when I first bought my Colt, would have saved me several months of optics hunting. The LT150 mount is just solid and the PRO is dead on accurate. Thanks to Larue for making a mount that is second to none. Will definitely buy from Larue in the future. Was hoping I'd get one of their hats with the purchase but just gives me an excuse to buy something else from them:)

I ordered a 16" PredatAR from LaRue. I was expecting the wait was going to be a few months. Everything was shipped within a weeks of the order, they installed everything I ordered with the rifle. Great communication, fast status updates, and customer service. Im loving my new gun, i can wait to take to out soon. They have a lifetime customer in me!

Just received my 20" Stealth barrel + some other unexpected goodies very quickly after ordering.
Cannot wait to put together my new AR-15 and give the MOA challenge a go. To all at Larue I thank you for such great customer service and the quality speaks louder than words on all of your dedication to being the best. You have a new loyal customer here. |

I had to post here to say You surprised me.
I got in on your latest trigger deal, since I learned LONG ago that patience is a virtue. I expected, being that the price was reduced, that the trigger would be all that was in the box. At most maybe a bumper sticker. Not only did I get a meticulously made (and packaged) trigger, but an overly generous amount of swag. Rest assured this WILL NOT be my last order to LaRue. I am already trying to decide on a scope mount (and a barrel), then maybe a collapsible stock. Perhaps a new rifle for Christmas. |

Wanted to post a quick review, not so much on the product, but on customer service. See, to me, as important as the quality of the product is, even more important is that I can rely on customer service. At some point every company, no matter who good they are, will make a mistake, or miss a flaw in a product, or ship the wrong item. Shit happens. That's just life. So while most people get upset when there is an error, I am the opposite, I see it as an opportunity to find out if I can rely on that company or not. I am more likely to spend my money with a company after I have personally dealt with their CS department. Similarly, I am extremely unforgiving when it comes to poor CS. Burn me once, and I will hold a grudge, and I will let everyone know. There are companies that I have had poor experiences with (CS wise) from more than a decade ago who I still won't purchase from. I just got the opportunity to see how Larue's customer service is. I ordered a barrel during the current sale. When I received the barrel, I found that there was an issue with the gas port. I posted here to see if Larue would consider it an issue, got an affirmative response. So I called customer service and explained the issue. The CS rep was quick to offer a solution. He offered to ship a replacement barrel that day, and have it shipped next day air. Additionally, he immediately issued a call tag so I wouldn't be out shipping costs on the order. There was no debating as to whether the product needed to be replaced or not. Just a quick verification that it was in stock, and it was sent out immediately. I received the replacement barrel today, well under 24 hours after my conversation with Larue's CS team. Larue didn't wait to receive the barrel back, they just sent me a replacement. That's exactly how customer service should handle issues. So good job Larue. The way it was handled was perfect, and other companies could learn a lesson from how you handle things. Well done. |

My OBR started to double feed when I got my suppressor.
John called in reply to my email, explained the likely problem (rifle spring/buffer not slowing carrier enough to allow proper extraction) and next day I had a notification that an H2 buffer, carbine spring and spacer where en route. Haven't had time to assemble and shoot it yet, but excellent customer service! |

Got my Larue 16" Stealth upper and took it shooting a few days ago. Put an aimpoint pro on it and it was just as accurate as I had heard about, even with cheap xtac ammo. I'm no shootist at 100 yards with a red dot though, but 50 yards were all in the same hole.
Didn't get any Dillo dust though, guess I'll have to find some accessories. |

A big thank you to the LaRue team. I ordered a discrete rifle case and have been using it for a couple of weeks. Nice design and the quality is excellent. The extra items that came with it were an unexpected treat. The 16" Predatar barrel that was back ordered arrived yesterday and it's a beauty. Quality was superb. Mounting it up on my LMT lower this weekend and have been loading some 77 grain match to test it with. My nephew has a Noveski and now I can out shoot him.
Thanks Mark and team for a great product, excellent service, a terrific sale on barrels and for taking care of the little guy. I know we're not what pays the bills and I really appreciate you guys looking out for us. |

I've always known that larue was staffed with great employees, but that was reinforced today. Ordered a 16" predatAR on the 7th and it was ready to ship today. They called and worked around an issue I had. Should have my rifle next week.

BIG +1 for LaRue customer service.
There's a lot that goes on behind the scenes that the general public, and even people on this board aren't aware of. I have been a LaRue customer for quite some time, and have owned LaRue rifles since 2012. I have never had an issue with a LaRue made product, until about 2 months ago, and then I did. After some back and forth on the phone and email with the factory, they are completely taking care of it. I am very happy and very satisfied with how the whole situation was handled. Buy LaRue and buy with the confidence that you have the manufacturer's full support. |

Extremely Deplorable

Loving my stealth barrel. A few of my better groups shot with a MBT and 1-6x scope. I am sure the barrel could do better with a higher power scope and a better trigger puller.

Want to send a huge thank you to Mark and the Larue team. I ordered a 14.5 stealth barrel, MBT trigger and bipod on March the 13th. I thought I would have to wait 4 weeks for my order and all but the bipod arrived on the 15th. I'm looking forward to putting together my 14.5 upper and seeing how well it shoots. Thanks again for the great service. JD

I've been sold on LaRue products for longer than I care to remember. I've purchased many items from the company. I've received items quickly and have had to wait a considerable amount of time for them. Each and every time I receive an order I've been extremely satisfied and never disappointed. I will be a LaRue customer for life. Waiting on a purchase at the moment. Knew it would be backordered when I bought it; but when it gets here, I know the quality and craftsmanship will be second to none!! I also know that if there are issues, LaRue will stand behind any purchase!
Thank you Mark and all of the folks that make this company the best! |

I wish I had the budget to go crazy at LaRue Tactical because I'd own a PredatOBR 7.62 already. I have purchased a few things and the quality, as well as the service, has been excellent. I'll be purchasing a LaRue Tactical MBT trigger within the next month or two for my first real "build an AR". I seriously underestimated the cost of building a high quality rifle but it will be worth it once it's done. I definitely recommend LaRue Tactical to anyone!
