I have a SPR mount i just bought in 30mm and mounted it, but i got a new scope in 35mm, it looks like the bottoms are the same, can i buy just the ring portion so i don't have to buy a new mount?

We dont make a 35mm ring yet. Its on the list. When its available, you can simply trade rings if that suits you.
