Long story short, I've had some issues with a product having to send it back in 2x. Today I spoke to Josh again (great guy and very helpful) and rather than send me another of the same product, that I asked for, he offered a far superior product and a greatly reduced price. Not only was the CS fantastic throughout the entire series of shipments but everyone kept in constant contact and acted very quickly each time to make happy and satisfied.
