Bryan, Any news on these Also, are there any other (5.56) mags that will work for a function/limited test ?? Somewhere in the old thread I recall 20 round Pmags mentioned. Thanks. BGF |

I've had good luck with Windowed PMags and modified followers. Would you mind linking or posting more information on how this was done. I am interested in any alternative to wasting money on more ASC mags. Finally found it, http://www.ar15.com/forums/t_3_121/549032_Modded_pmags_100__reliable_for_5_45x39_russian_.html ETA: The only thing I didn't do is remove the nub on the front of the follower that allows it to pop up on all my mags. |

Thanks. I'll try that with a couple Post M PMags. I'll try just about anything at this point. My success rate with ASC and Cprod mags has been right around 50%. They are too expensive for having to throw out at that rate. |

Out of the approximate 700 rounds I've used the Pmags with, I've only had one failure and it was a failure to hold the bolt back when I was firing the last few rounds at a rapid pace, and it was just with one mag and happened one time. I've been unable to replicate the issue. Overall, I find the Pmags to be very reliable. |
