A big +1 for AimSurplus Customer service. I had ordered the SS LPK a couple weeks ago and started to
assemble the lower on Sunday. Lo and behold, the kit was missing the safety selector, spring and detent, and the takedown pin springs (had the detents). Called AIM on Tuesday afternoon and described my situation, they said no prob and asked for what parts were shorted, and the Brown Truck had them at my front porch this afternoon! Thanks Guys! |

Not many people catch onto the screenname There're a handful of of people handling phone orders (I'm the only one goes by Stephen), it's just that in this particular case I remember A-N-D's phone call cause of the parts he was missing.

Now we can be on the lookout for your postings I've already bought two guns from AIM and am just as upset as the rest of you about Mosin Nagants being gone! In fact when I started off in shipping, I got scolded during the first few weeks cause all I wanted to do was look over everything 
Like I said, I usually let Bryan or Erik do the posting here, especially on "when are you gonna..." or technical questions cause I don't want to step on anyone's toes, but if it's something I feel comfortable answering, I will. Besides, I have to hang around here, honestly sometimes he'll tell Arfcom about products before he tells the employees! ETA: Come to think of it, I've bought 3 guns from AIM. I bought a K31 from another dealer...who first got it from AIM. |
