I've been looking at getting into these in the near future, your sales team directed me here. I'd like to see if the TNVC Sentinels are coming up for a sale any time soon, that I should hold off & wait for? I'd also like to see if there is any Ar15.com discount for the Sentinels. | Anyone with the Sentinels know if the "high" illuminator is supposed to have a shape other than a standard circle? Mine shines a square in the center that looks like the "2" on a set of dominoes, with a ring of light around it. Low setting illuminator is doing what I expected it to do. I looked for a protective film but couldn't find anything. |
| Mine shows a diamond in the center of a circle. So probably the same thing you are experiencing. I haven't tried looking at it with my other NOD but I suspect it's just how that reflector is shaped and that both of them turn on, pure speculation however. I only notice it when I'm looking at something close, within say 10-15 yards. Outside of that it's just bright "light" to me. |
