Is there a general time frame for NV/IR systems to ship after an order is completed?
Completely dependent on which system you ordered and which tube you select.\in addition to when you ordered it and how many people are in front of you on the build list. is that vague enough?

That is a good way of putting it, built to order your way, not collecting dust on a shelf. Did a TNVC mod edit my post by accident, instead of quoting? lol Sorry arfcom has been acting sketchy lately for me |

I ordered a unit on 6/24/16 and later in the day received a reply asking me to call them, I did and they said they ran out and would have more in a couple of weeks. I also ordered a TM-14 kit and was told that would ship from a different location. I emailed on 7/14/16 and they said the person who builds their units called in sick but hopefully would have my unit ready to ship on Monday 7/18 along with the TM-14 kit. On 7/18 I emailed and received a reply that the sales rep would be out until 7/25 but that I could email another rep, so I did and that rep said there was no tracking number and then emailed me back and said that my housing was currently at the FL. Location hydro dipper being hydro dipped and would not be ready to ship for about a week. At that time I also inquired about my TM-14 kit and was told it would be another 2-weeks.
I emailed this second rep again today 7/27/16 and received a reply that this rep was out of the office until Moday 8/1 and that I could email the first rep that was out until 7/25, so I emailed the first rep earlier today with no response? So now I hoping that I am not being taken for a $3400.00 ride! |
