Ok, i have sent TNVC a few emails over the past few months when i am in need of something. and i never get a reply. i end up going with another reatiler each time....
just wanna know, whats the deal?

i have called, and if i do get through (hit or miss) im overwhelmed by the over enthusiastic rep on he other end....
i was looking for helmets a while back for our swat team, and did as site said for email for LEO price, and never heard back. called, and again, such enthusiasm....so we went with another retailer for lids and mounts.... i guess with a the direct email, we can try again.... |
