Although it's kinda strange to brag about customer service BEFORE you get your stuff, that's the case here. About a year ago, I bought 'Da Torch, and was completely satisfied with the product, shipping, etc.
Last weekend, the need came up for a REALLY bright weapon light, and although I have several Surefires, none were quite up to the task at hand. Well, remembering my great experience with TNVC, I checked what they had, and found the TX-4 head. Just what I was looking for! Well, I ordered the TX-4 head and TLS M2C adapter (Sunday). On Monday, I get a CALL from TNVC saying that the M2C adapter was out of stock. Bummed-out? Yes, but I was really impressed that they took the time to call me and let me know (they followed it up with an E-Mail also), and offered to either ship the head, then the adapter when they came in, or just ship both when available. A lot of companies would just sit on the order, but they took the time to keep me informed. I understand that stuff runs out....it happens. The attention to my order was what impressed me. I'm not sure who I talked to, but they were very cool. Thanks for looking out for your customers.....I can't wait to see that TX-4 in action! |

I'll do a bigger writeup after I'm done playing with this PVS-14 Special Forces Kit that arrived earlier today. In regards to customer service, I think nothing made me more confident about spending the amount of money I did than after talking to Mr. DiCosola. He explained a lot of stuff I thought I learned from researching on the internet, and helped me come up with the ideal night vision device for my intended uses(LE & Recreational). I'm beyond thrilled right now, this thing is absolutely f-ing incredible!!!!
