I was wondering if the RDP-II was a laser or LED system. I'm assuming LED since it runs off a small battery.
Also from the pictures, how do you turn it on/off?

LED and the unit powers down with the cover on. Batt life 6-12 mos. Hope this helps.

Sorry to ask another question, but this is a concern about the locking screws. When you have the sights finally zeroed, would locking the adjustment screw change the point of aim?

No, the locking screws do not change the POI, just lock out the windage and elevation adjustments so they do not move upon any recoil. Thanks
