Have you guys tested the QD 50 BMG mount you make? If so to how many rounds? Also why not make the rings wider .80 seems a little weak.

What mount (part number) are you referring? .800 is not weak if the ring clamps the tube correctly and you need to be able to move the scope a bit to get eye relief.

We based the design of this model off of what we learned off our two lever models. Our two lever models handle large rifles like .300 win , .338 and 50 BMG rifles and we have tested them with hundreds of rounds with no problem . This model has yet another clamp just to make the magnum or .50 BMG shooters that much happier for extreme duty use. We have test them and like our other mounts they work great.

Thanks

I am sure your results will be the same as I had shooting it on my .50 or .338
