For full disclosure I have dealt with MI as an employee of an FFL that was a vendor here a few years back. And have probably for a small mortgage payment in MI stuff in the safe. That said this order was completely done as a civi as I can't eat my cake anymore at dealer prices.
So, I placed an order 12/6 and no coms for a week or so. It's X-mas so I let it ride until yesterday and give call to check in (all orders are at least shipped a week out unless out of stock). The young lady says she sees my order but WTF, let me give you a call 'cuz somethings snafu. So I get a call today and they not only fall on the sword as a new employee made an error but they 2 day it to me for free. I try not to get all bent out shape with suppliers. Shit happens in all organizations and I measure a business's character by how they respond to the rare but inevitable f-up. MI gets a +1 for being of good character. |
