What do you mean by hi-profile rails?
We do offer hand guards for the "high" DPMS 308 receivers, but not for the "Sport" height receivers. I would suggest measuring the rear of your receiver as shown in these pictures and letting me know how tall it is. 
If you have a "Sport" height upper with the 1/2" or .500" tall upper rail we do not have a hand guard that will line up with the rail. The "Sport" upper is shown here, and is taller than the normal DPMS 308 receivers:
