Just wanted to give a shout out for Andy @ MI.
Just as a brief history for fellow members ....... I had a MI product that was fitting a little looser than I wanted for my Precision rifle build. There's no sense in hashing out what exactly was wrong, b/c it really was nothing that most people would have noticed, especially on a standard AR build. The bottom line is Andy grabbed my problem and ran with it. 4 business days later (including the time it took USPS to get it from SC to WI) I got a phone call from Andy saying that he has taken care of it. What makes it even better is when he / MI says "I think you'll like the replacement, but if you don't let me know and you can send it back for a full refund" !!!! Kudo's for good Customer Service! I will seriously consider other Midwest products in future builds just for the Customer Service ........ though I hope to never need to talk to Andy again.  
And Andy, keep me in mind if you run across an early version.

Andy ...... Got the part in last week while I was out of town. It fit tight on 3 of the 4 PSA's, thus I didn't see a need to try the DPMS's.
Also, THANK YOU for the 'extras & goodies'!!!! For me it was a great surprise to see it 'completed' since I sent it 'striped'. I got everything put together this weekend ..... and as soon as I get a moment, I'll take some pictures and try posting them on this thread. THANKS AGAIN!!!!!! |
