A few weeks back I noticed trouble with my new sling popping out of the QD rail piece (on an SS12G2 hand guard) without pushing the button. I (incorrectly) assumed the problem was with the rail piece and contacted Midwest Industries about it. They (Andy in particular) were quick to respond and extremely helpful in sending me new rail pieces and helping me trouble shoot the issues. Well, it turns out that I had a fake MS4 sling, so the problem wasn't with the MI piece after all.
It's nice to see a company stand behind their products. They went above and beyond to get it resolved. I am very impressed with MI, and plan to do future business with them and recommend them to others. Thanks for all your help. |
