I'm thinking about installing an extended rail on my 11.5" SBR. It has a heavy bbl and an A-2 front sight. Is this rail system stable enough for optics? Where does the trim ring go on the extended rail? I mean the end cap portion of your rail. Thanks for your help.

THE 20X IS VERY STABLE.I WOULD ALWAYS MOUNT OPTICS TO THE UPPER IF YOU CAN VERSE A HAND GUARD. THERE IS A FRONT RING THAT HOLDS THE UPPER AND LOWER SECTIONS TOGETHER AND THE TRIM RING THAT GOES IN FRONT OF THAT .
