Picked up a ar-15 dedecated upper Product Number: 22B1C50 & I was trying to remove the Flash supp. and using a ar tool I cannot budge the flash Supp. Can it come off?
Just wanted to make sure so that I don't break it

I put my CMMG Barrels in a big vise with some thick leather wrapped around the barrel.
The Flash Hiders will come off but it's tough to get that first bit of movement.
