Failure to Fire.  Anyone have any problems with this combo?  Also the bolt seems to be a bit loose or sloppy in the upper.  There is some movement front to rear when you charge the rifle and you can see the bolt moving forward slightly as the hammer hits it and it will not fire.  It seems as if most of the hammers energy is being used nudging the bolt into place.  If I extract the cartridge at this point, you can see an extremely faint impression from the firing pin.  If I re-cock the hammer and try to fire it again (by pulling the rear pin and manually resetting the hammer, I know this is not a good idea but was trying to eliminate variables), it will fire since the bolt is already all the way forward.  Is this a head spacing issue?  Poor tolerances?

Appreciate any feedback/help.

If the bolt is not completely seating it is one of three things or combination.
The rail is bent
The bolt is riding on the bolt catch
Bolt has excess drag on the hammer.
All will cause light strikes

Also, because of varying tolerances in uppers, the bolt could very well have fore and aft movement. You can use a shim or aluminum tape on the rear of the carrier to tighten it up.
