so i got a cmmg trigger last year and it has been hit and miss since day one for trying to get it adjusted correctly.  every time i think i have it adjusted and shooting singles it will pop off a double tap and hell one day it even went full auto and popped off like 6 shots in a row!  after this happened i took the adjusting screws out and re adjusted it according to the insturctions.  but again today at the range it started double tapping...

what am i doing wrong here?  i love the feel of the trigger.  but the range officers dont much care for these misfires.

anyone else ever have this problem with their trigger?  the instructions are simple enough that i am thinking maybe i got a dud?  and maybe i should have called cmmg along time ago...

This.

PS I though that the only thing you adjusted were overtravel and takeup.

That is NOT what the screws are for.  Something is not right.  Might be with your safety.  Regardless, let CMMG deal with this.

Please, keep us updated on this.
