I received one of your uppers this afternoon, and found that it wouldn't fit my Stag lower. I can't push the rear takedown pin through the upper's lug when trying to put the rifle together. When I put the upper and lower together by first pushing in the rear takedown pin, the front pivot pin holes clearly do not align. The upper does not cleanly pivot on the lower. At a 45 degree angle the rear of front pivot pin lug rubs against the lower. The upper also does not completely seat onto the lower. I think the problem is that the hole in the front pivot pin lug is positioned too far forward. Also, the rear end of the gas tube looks a bit mangled. How can we make this right? ETA: Managed to completely put it together with a CMMG lower, but the rear takedown pin was very difficult to push out. |
A print-out of this thread will be enough to address the problem as well as the additions to the order? |
