| I made an order for a lightweight upper on Nov. 24th. I've sent five emails and called six times trying to see what is going one, with one return phone call that did not address my concerns, and no return emails. I'd like to cancel my order. |

Finally made contact this morning, so I now know what is going on w/ my order. After thinking about it, I'd like to cancel my order due to the lack of customer service, as well as the "backorder" situation. Unfortunately, I cannot get in contact with you guys again to cancel it. |
