Updated pictures of my CMMG Just put on the Eotech with the GG&G Accucam quick detach, GG&G Lens covers. today got my FUG and rail covers from LaRue. So now shes perdy for pictures. So far so good first 200 rounds went with out a hitch the grouping with the 10" was great for supported at the 50 and shooting pairs was easily controlled, next trip out will push it out further, the two stage trigger is great, no play at all between the upper and lower with after govt issue for so long is the biggest difference, so all in all good job CMMG. Thanks Jeff for the 14.7 pencil barrel! Great service and excellent products- You'll always have my business! Picked up this barrel from the CMMG booth at the Lake Ozarks weekend man mall, came home and put my new Mega build together. I think I'm in love!  Thanks again CMMG!!

My upper finally came yesterday. So, it's all done, except for the EOTech- unemployment struck before I could buy that. <_<
I tried to take all of the lessons and knowledge I've acquired by using the M-16/M-4 family in combat, and apply them to the "perfect" AR-15. This thing fits me like a glove. Here's a simple mid-length gas and rifle-length sights for 3-gun. Stock everything except a JP trigger. The barrel is a little heavy but should be fine.

just got mine over the summer of 08. only thing i didnt like was the rear buis. they dont have zero marks. ill be changing out the front sight to a folding one as well and replace the rear with a new peep that has the zero marks. plan on an acog and a can when funds allow. last thing will be a durakote in multicam.

This is still a work in progress, but I wanted to share not only the lower, but my pleasure with the way things went during the building process.
When I originally ordered this on 1/23, I was told it was a 3-6 month MINIMUM wait. I ordered & was content to wait things out. 3/11, I get a call from my FFL that it's in...WTF??????????; it's not even the middle of march & its done! Suffice to say that I'm pleasantly suprrised at the turn-around-basically only 7 1/2 weeks compared to the quoted 3-6 months
