I just purchased a Colt M4 barrel, and started to install a FSB but the cuts in the barrel don't line up with holes in the base. Some friendly people here (AR15.com) sent me in your direction. They said you may be able to help me out on this.

You'd need to get a new FSB. That would run you $29.95 + $35 shoptime. Turnaround would be 1-2 days.
