Found out about this company from another Team Member, decided to give them a look for a YHM gas block. Their price beat YHM directly, and they were much more personable and polite than many places I've dealt with. Very polite and accommodating, and very punctual in their actions. I would highly recommend them again to people.
So, yet again, A+ rating for y'all.

Just received my 2nd order in 2 months, and as always, customer service was outstanding. I have a few take-off parts laying around that I'm not exactly sure what they are, and Kevin had me email him pics so he could properly identify them for me. Thank you. |

Having never ordered from them, I didn't know what to expect, but found Kevin / Brightflashlights to be VERY professional & courteous. He was also familiar with the products he sells, helping me decide between different model numbers. When I received my order, there was an issue (manufacturer related, nothing to do with Brightflashlights). I spoke with Kevin, and he made everything right, including sending me a pre-paid return label for the old item! His prices are great too - I honestly could not find a lower one for the item I wanted! Sorry for being long winded, but it is very refreshing to do business with someone who looks after his customers. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER HERE! |
