Yes, two polymer rails. They are packaged in a separate bag and shoved inside the rail itself. If you watch my video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-AjlvIsCFp0), you can see exactly where you should find them.

If you didn't get any, email BCM and they will send you some.

Well shit . I've had it for a week & haven't taken it out of the plastic yet . Looked inside & what did I see , 2 rail sections , duh . Thanks bro . nice video .
