is this normal or in your opinion in "acceptable" condition as a blem?
I tried email BCM 4 times since the 4th with my order # and contact info but never got a reply what so ever. the 3" long mark on is all the way through the anodizing surface down to the bare aluminum. I took 2 pictures one with flash, another without. http://i1318.photobucket.com/albums/t649/mdwstddm4/vlt/IMG_0316_zpsc2e0195b.jpg http://i1318.photobucket.com/albums/t649/mdwstddm4/vlt/IMG_0314_zpsa5c1caaf.jpg |

dudes, I'm just asking, I know what "blem" means. if that's normal, move on. if not, than I'll give them a call. simple as that. I've ordered "blem" items before from various vendors, never got anything with that much of damage to the hard anodizing. Quoted:
