[ARCHIVED THREAD] - RMA refused

BCM - I contacted customer service today to get an RMA for a 14.5" M4 upper that won't print any kind of group at 50 yards with PMC Bronze, PMC X-Tac, or M855...it's all over the map. I was told to try different ammo, but that would be a waste of money. I'm returning the upper without an RMA. I hope BCM will stand behind their product and take care of me.

Hang in there.....I believe they will take care of you.

I am bettin' they have a lot on their plate right now rolling out the new Key Mod Rail uppers and forends...(KMR10 & KMR13)

I appreciate it...I was eventually issued an RMA after I protested, but I had already mailed off the package while I had the time the day before.

I'm sure it would tighten up at 25...I was on the paper at 50, but it was all over the place. I have a Bushmaster 14.5" M4 that I can get at least 2" groups with at 50 yards with open sights, and closer to 1.5".
