I would like to purchase a BCM lower to go with my BCM middy that on my Stag lower right now. Problem is I am in NY and with BCM lowers coming with a folding stock, I am screwed. Any where I can get a stripped BCM lower? Or any other thoughts?

Bravo doesn't offer stripped lowers. You should talk to your local FFL to see if they will accept the transfer. If so, the stock will either need to be replaced with a fixed stock of your choice or pinned in place before you can take it home.

BCM offers non-blem lowers with an A2 stock.
Couldn't you order a blem with no stock body and have it installed and pinned at the FFL before taking possession?
