Can you check barrel thread concentricity on assembled upper?

Follow-up questions:

1) if my upper needs the threads to be fixed (1/2"-28 threads), would I lose barrel length?  I want to pin & weld to still reach 16" using a trifecta.

2) if ADCO finds that my threads still need work, I assume that I can submit a follow-up order for those processes at that point?  You would have to disassemble, correct?

Barrel must be removed from receiver.

Cost to repair threads and NOT lose any length = $155
Cost to chop off bad threads and rethread, losing 5/8" of length = $65

If we find your threads are bad, we contact you to ask how you want to proceed.

Thanks for the quick feedback.  I'll place an order soon.

Sounds like I'll need to order disassembly in order to have you just check the threads, right?
I have a VLTOR VIS upper, and I've struggled to get the barrel nut off.  I'll send the proprietary wrench adapter with.

Yes, Disassemble/Reassemble needs to be ordered along with Check Service. We have tools for the VIS.
