Good day gents.

I'm about to send a Noveske 300BLK barrel to be cut and threaded 5/8-24 and have the upper receiver drilled for a NSR-7 indexing pin.

What I'm wondering is if I should get the cerakote finished before or after the pin hole is drilled?
