| I am curious to know if you guys can thread the barrel on a Kimber 82G to 1/2x28. The reason I ask is because I'm not sure how the barrel is fastened to the receiver. The research I have done is conflicting. Some places say it's threaded and others say it is press fit. I don't have an 82G on hand to check so I was wondering if you had experience w/ this or if it could be threaded w/ the receiver attached. I am in the process of getting a Kimber 82G and would like to thread the barrel for a suppressor if possible. |
