| How would one do this? My fiance' purchased a service for a barrel of mine as a christmas gift. Just checking up on it to make sure I done everything correctly. Not sure where I should go. I didn't want to call to impede you guys from the real work you do. |

I checked the number, there is NO order placed, or processed by that number. Did you remember to hit "submit" when you placed the order? Let me know that name on the package, and i will look for it. |

No worries, when i grabbed the order number above, i must have grabbed a "space" with the copy, so it did not pull it. Sorry to worry you.
Yes, we have an order, and since it got here on the 24th, it really has only been 7 full days. So i will look to see, but i suspect it will ship back to you by mid next week. (we are currently running 7 to 10 business days in house). |
