I was wondering if you can have experience installing the Badger FTE Removable Muzzle Brake.  It's on a Savage action w/ 1" heavy barrel 26" 260 Rem.

Pretty sure we have not done one, but looking at the print, shouldn't be a problem. Would run the same as an OPS prep for a bolt gun ($155). Boring the brake would be extra.

Rodger that.  I'll start getting the action and barrel out of the stock and ship it out later this week along with the brake.  Any specific instructions like do you need the bolt?

How should I pay and all that good jazz.  Yes the brake will need to be opened up per Badger instructions.

Thanks

Just order through our website, include any comments or details/prints with the rifle when you ship it. We would only need the bolt to measure exact length if its getting cut down. Just note in the comment section to also open up the brake.

To order and pay, select  "Remington Threading for OPS INC/Surefire Service For threading and contouring" from the Threading/Crowning section of Shop Services. Note in Additional Instruction box, at checkout, this is for the Badger Brake install. Also note to Open Brake for caliber- $15 per Dave.

Any other questions, you can post here, or email me, [email protected].
