do you guys do m4 cuts on non-m4 cut upper/barrel extensions? I saw that you will match the barrel extension with m4 ramps, but what about if the upper doesn't have m4 cuts? and if so, how much

We can do it for $15. We'll do it the same way you would - with a dremmel. Its a piece of cake job. If I were you, I'd either do it myself and save the cost and shipping expenses.
