Guys, I have a LR-308 AP4 with the factory carbine length rail installed. I want a rifle length rail. I see two options:
1. Cut down the front sight post and install a JP rail. 2. Use a new gasblock and install the DPMS factory rifle length rail. Do you guys have the tools to R&R the factory rail? It has a large diameter locking nut that will require some sort of spanner to work it without damage. These are the only two rails I am interested in. Which option would you recommend? |
