I'm thinking about sending in an upper for a front sight base chop and railed handguard installation.  When this is done, does the muzzle device have to come off?  I have a pinned Vortex flash hider on the 14.5" barrel.  If it has to come off, can the flash hider be reused or would I have to buy another one for reinstallation?

ETA- It's a Noveske N4 basic, but it does have the plastic handguards.

Sorry we would need to remove the MD to shave the FSB,  All perm attached FHs will be destroyed during the removal proces. So you would need to order a new one.
