I'm wondering where you guys look for an address when you label an item to be shipped back to the customer. Do you use the address on the actual order placed on your website, or the return address on the package it arrived in?
I ask because I sent an upper from the UPS Store (should arrive at your shop tomorrow) and the return address on the label is for the UPS store, and I'd like to avoid going there to pick it up. I also put my address on the info slip inside the box, if that helps matters at all... Thanks for your help, and I'm looking forward to getting my first ADCO job done. | Most people specify where to sen it back to on their order sheet sent in with the box, but you can email [email protected] if you need to clarify something. |
