I have located a barrel from Superior Barrels, this is the description:
20" Medium-heavy Lothar Walther made barrel in LW50 stainless steel. 1:8 twist rate. .223 Wylde chamber, match depth, match specifications. Specifically matched bolt to each barrel. 6:00 milled flat for windage adjustable front sight base. DCM/CMP legal. Perfect for 'ban states' and varmint rifles. Muzzle not threaded, and are not designed for threads.
I believe the threading caveat has to do with the way the crown is cut. If it it would require cutting and re-crowning, would any port work be required? I would like to keep barrel length as close as possible to 20". Currently the port size is listed as .094
Here's a pic of the crown:

I am pretty sure it can be threaded.

No problem, and i doubt any port work would be needed as the crown is only .020 or so deep.
