Hi Steve

I have a 16" CMMG Dissy Upper that I would like turned down to a smaller diameter, on both sides of the front sight.

Anyway the upper has a problem.  Currently the rear sight requires about 12 clicks of left windage to get a zero.  After already being replaced once for other warranty issues, I don't want to send it back again to the manufacturer.

Does this sound like something you could fix at the same time on reassembly?  Or does this indicate possible bigger problems that my require scrapping the barrel and or receiver?

Yes, we can "fix" it by remounting/pinning the FSB, which we charge $90 for.

So if you send us the upper its $34 to disassemble, $95 to contour, and $90 to line up the FSB. If I were you I'd sell that upper and buy something new.
