I hate to be a pain in the ass, but when do you think the next RRA LW CAR barrels will show up?  I'd like to get one chopped and threaded to 10.5"

You don't happen to have any random LW barrels floating around do you? (I only ask because I got my 5" 9mm barrel from your guys in a similar way)

I hate not giving an informative answer, but we really don't know. No barrels laying around either (wish we did). Sorry.

It's quite ok.  I forgot to ask, can the LW be threaded since they are so skinny? Or is it not an issue?

It can be threaded.

OK.  New question.

I bought a Colt M4 (literally) upper.  When I send it in to thread, do I have to take the FSB off the barrel or can I simply send it in w/o the gastube and handguards?  Is there an additional charge to enlarge the gas port?

The FSB does NOT have to be removed, gas port adjustment, if required, is included.

Sounds great!

I placed my order online last night, and mailed the barrel in today via priority mail to get cut to 10.5".  You'll know my package when it arrives...I chopped it out of a much larger box.  Let's just say that packing tape is a structural component.

...What is the usual turn around time?  I'm already excited!

ETA: I've been running a 9mm buffer w/o issue.  Will have to change this with the 10.5?
