After I got my act together. Steve took care of me and my barrels are in the process of being shipped. Just to clairify, there were several reasons my order took so long and they were all my fault.  Thanks again Steve.

I need to send a barrel in for threading and M4 feed ramps (impossible to find a standard flat top upper!). Do you need an upper to match the feed ramps to the receiver? Thanks.

If I'm looking to pin a bcm comp 1 to a bcm barrel using a bcm gas block and a bcm standard barrel nut with a bcm gas tube all onto an upper ....
Does the pin service and assembly service cover all that? (The plan is to use Cent C4 handguards. Want those too?) |

Not sure i get the jist of your question, but i'll give a shot at an answer. We will put those parts, onto your barrel with the Perm Muzzle Device service (no need for the Assembly service if we are sending it back as just the barrel assembly). You will need an assembly service, if you need those parts assembled into a complete upper.

Low pro gas blocks are already down as far a prudent, we won't shave them more.
As for the gas tube pin, just note with the Perm Muzzle Device order, and we will install the pin, no extra. |

Looking to send in a brand new 14.5" noveske barrel to have a surefire mb556k-pn perm attached. Here are my questions:
1. The noveske barrel has a gas block on it now, will you remove it temporarily to get my urx barrel nut on, then reinstall it, before perm. attaching the MB? Is that something that's included in the pinning muzzle break price? 2. How much extra would it be to have you assemble above barrel, urx3.1, and brand new upper receiver? (all parts NIB) |

I placed a shop service order online with you today but didn't read the FAQ's regarding no notes in the box only use the comment section when sending in my upper. Start of this thread looks like you use to require letters in box but now you have gotten away from that. I have the upper in the box and a letter in the box all ready to go but nothing in the comment note section of my order. How would you like me to proceed?

I have a 6.8 barrel I would like to lighten up under the handguards. The website states:
AR barrel-under handguard or in front of FSB $65.00 Parkerizing included in price. You must also select the appropriate assembly/disassembly service if the barrel is sent as part of a complete upper. Unless a specific contour is noted in the comment section the barrel will receive our standard medium weight contour. I was just wondering what diameter the "standard medium weight contour" is? Thanks |

Couple questions before I place my order/ship.
I shaved my own Fsb. If I choose the service, will you clean it up and repark it? I'm sending my upper to have the threads checked and a muzzle device permanently attached.I have a free float rail installed, do you have to remove the barrel nut to check thread concentricty and perm a break? |

I ordered a bbl, gas block, and gas tube....as well as the shop service of gas block dimples being added that will allow the installation of the latter 2 items onto the former (order: 34759164). I'm not mailing parts in to you guys...you already have them. Based on the "if you ordered shop services, you need to sign the form and send it in with the parts" (I forget the exact language), I printed the email, signed it, scanned it, and then emailed it to Steve. Is that an acceptable way to authorize such shop services or do I need to mail or FAX the signed form in? That part was a little confusing...the directions seemed to presume that I am mailing parts in, but in my case I'm not...I'm ordering them direct from you guys... |

Your good. It has to do with the addition of actual shipping for Shop work sent in. If you are purchasing the items to be worked on through us, shipping is not actual and was added at checkout.
